- Supply Chain Control: Manage inventory levels for spa products, maintain relationships with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of premium goods while minimizing waste.
- Marketing & Promotions: Partner with marketing teams to design seasonal wellness packages, track market trends, and analyze competitor offerings.
Key Job Requirements
- Educational Background: Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related professional discipline.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in Spa or Wellness Management, ideally within a 5-star luxury environment.
