• Vendor & Invoice Management: Reviewing bills of quantities submitted by external service providers and ensuring accurate invoice verification prior to payment disbursement.
• Maintenance Scheduling: Planning, organizing, and supervising the periodic maintenance schedules for critical office installations, including generators, UPS units, stabilizers, ACs, elevators, inverters, network printers, photocopiers, and corporate furniture.
• Compliance & Governance: Aligning all property operations with institutional governance regulations, internal audit guidelines, and legal standards.
• Project Support & Expansion: Managing and coordinating engineering drawings, renovations, and structural layouts for new branch setups, office expansions, and institutional relocations.
• Emergency & Operational Continuity: Spearheading immediate response protocols for facility emergencies and establishing functional backup plans to eliminate service disruptions.
• Strategic Input: Assisting in drafting and implementing the business unit’s overarching property strategy to align with broader corporate objectives.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

To secure this managerial position, prospective applicants must fully satisfy the following profile guidelines:

• Academic Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Property and Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Procurement, or a closely related discipline. Professional registrations or specialized certifications will serve as an added advantage.
• Work Experience: At least four (4) years of active, hands-on professional experience managing facility infrastructure or real estate services within a corporate environment.
