- Preparing comprehensive weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports to give senior executives full visibility into cash inflows and ongoing collection trends.

- Generating compliant tax invoices covering the Hospitality, Solar, and Shop Food and Services (SFS) pipelines using the internal SD posting framework.
3. Document Control & Ledger Management
- Processing system Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) backed by valid, fully approved internal memos within a maximum two-day operational window.
- Handling Financial Accounting (FI) sub-ledgers by initiating Journal Vouchers (JV), debit notes, and credit notes through the SSC ticketing platform, ensuring client dispatches happen smoothly.
- Maintaining pristine documentation structures by systematically archiving all CTF forms, approved memos, and credit control paperwork into the secure company shared drive or CCM storage.
4. Credit Administration & Operational Support
- Tracking payment promises and exceptional waivers granted to clients to ensure their incoming cash transfers line up perfectly with active credit terms.
